Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the rp6789 website accessible at https://rp6789.cam and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, APIs, and member portals operated by rp6789.
• "Company" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means rp6789, the internationally operated entity that owns and operates the Platform.
• "Member" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform and whose account is in good standing.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Member on the Platform through which all betting, deposit, withdrawal, and bonus activities are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds credited to a Member's Account at any given time, excluding bonus balances unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Balance" means funds credited to a Member's Account pursuant to a promotion or offer, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total monetary value of bets that must be placed before a Bonus Balance may be converted to a withdrawable real-money balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process rp6789 conducts pursuant to these Terms.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive currency of the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform constitutes a violation of applicable local law.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

rp6789 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Members are advised to review this page periodically.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on rp6789, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. rp6789 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will close any Account found to belong to a person under 21, with all balances handled in accordance with Clause 5.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
3. You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
4. You are not acting as an agent or on behalf of any other person in opening or operating an Account.
5. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law in a manner that would render your participation on this Platform unlawful.
6. You have not previously been permanently excluded from rp6789 or any affiliated platform.
7. You have not been declared legally incompetent or placed under any legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into a binding contract.

Account Registration

To use the wagering features of the Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate registration details including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share your password with any third party.
• Notify rp6789 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your Account credentials, whether or not authorised by you.

One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. If rp6789 determines that a Member holds multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — all such Accounts will be suspended, bonus balances will be forfeited, and net deposits may be returned at rp6789's sole discretion.

rp6789 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without obligation to provide a reason.

Identity Verification (KYC)

rp6789 is committed to operating a secure, fraud-free platform. In accordance with this commitment, all Members are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed and at any other time rp6789 determines verification to be necessary.

Acceptable identity documents include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP)
• Valid Indonesian or foreign passport
• Driving licence (SIM) — as a supplementary document only

rp6789 may also request proof of payment method (for example, a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account showing your name and account number) and proof of address in cases where enhanced due diligence is warranted.

Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal being cancelled and returned to your Account balance. Accounts that repeatedly fail KYC may be restricted or permanently closed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on rp6789 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Bonuses and Promotions

rp6789 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. rp6789 determines eligibility at its sole discretion, taking into account account history, wagering patterns, and compliance with these Terms.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 5× (five times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any portion of the bonus balance may be withdrawn.
• Bonus balances may not be transferred, gifted, or sold to another Member.
• rp6789 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice if it determines that abuse, exploitation, or irregular wagering patterns are present.
• Welcome bonuses are available only on a Member's first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus regardless of timing.
• Attempting to open a second Account to claim a bonus a second time constitutes bonus abuse and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Bonus offers tied to seasonal events — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — are time-limited and subject to stock availability. These promotions may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activities on rp6789. Product-specific rules for football (including Asian handicap and mix parlay — accumulator bets combining multiple selections), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-lottery), live casino, slot games, and crash games are published within the relevant product sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. rp6789 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• rp6789 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed in error, at technically incorrect prices, or on an event the outcome of which was already determined at the time of bet placement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. rp6789 may adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, the decision of rp6789's trading team is final, subject only to a formal dispute submission as described in Clause 16.
• rp6789 applies standard Asian handicap rules to all voor bola (Asian handicap point-spread) markets. In the event of a push (the handicap lands exactly on the line), stakes are returned in full.
• For togel markets, draws are conducted by the relevant overseas lottery operator. rp6789 is not responsible for errors or delays in official draw results but will correct settlements promptly upon receiving verified official results.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rp6789 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or facilitating access by a person under 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities on the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other Members to guarantee mutual outcomes, or placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements.
• Colluding with other Members, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, terrorist-financing, or other financial crime purposes.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, if rp6789 has notified Members of that restriction via the Platform.

Responsible Gaming

rp6789 is committed to promoting responsible, safe, and controlled gambling. We provide the following tools within every Member's account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Reminders: Receive automatic on-screen notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). No betting activity is possible during a cool-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request to be excluded from all rp6789 marketing communications. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

Intellectual Property

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written consent from rp6789.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Platform's software.
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Using the rp6789 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rp6789 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, or conditions — whether express or implied — regarding the Platform, its availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

rp6789 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or wagering opportunity arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, or service interruptions, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any financial loss arising from a Member's use of the Platform, including losses resulting from bets placed in error or misunderstanding of betting rules.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party banking systems, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
• Any loss arising from a Member's failure to maintain adequate account security, including the consequences of sharing login credentials with a third party.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, rp6789's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net deposit value held in that Member's Account at the time of the incident.

Privacy and Data

rp6789 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

In summary, rp6789 collects only the personal data necessary for account operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. We do not sell or rent Member data to third parties. All data is stored on encrypted servers and retained only for as long as required under applicable law or these Terms.

Amendments to These Terms

rp6789 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Changes will take effect as soon as the revised Terms are published on the Platform.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify Members of material changes via the Platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on the Member's Account. However, it is each Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after publication of revised Terms constitutes unconditional acceptance of those revisions.

If you do not accept a revision to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting us at [email protected].

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp6789 is incorporated and licensed to operate as an international online gaming platform. rp6789 operates internationally and is not incorporated or licensed under Indonesian domestic law.

Notwithstanding the above, rp6789 acknowledges that Members accessing this Platform from Indonesia do so subject to Indonesian law as it applies to their individual conduct. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with any applicable local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction of residence.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to rp6789's internal dispute resolution process (see Clause 16). Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through binding arbitration in a mutually agreed neutral jurisdiction before initiating any court proceedings.
